CNN is now “officially” a purveyor of “fake news.”
OK, not exactly official, but almost. Republican Representative James ‘Micah’ Van Huss, has written House Joint Resolution 779. The resolution condemns CNN and The Washington Post as “Fake News.”
According to Courthouse News, “When introducing his resolution, Representative Van Huss, a Republican representing a section of rural Appalachia in eastern Tennessee, said the measure would recognize the two news organizations as ‘part of the media wing of the Democrat Party.'”
Van Huss’s Resolution has already passed a subcommittee in the Tennessee General Assembly.
Van Huss was blunt in describing his rationale for the resolution, “In 2016, over 60% of Tennesseans voted for President Trump. My constituents are tired of these elitists in the media denigrating them and they’re tired of fake news and they’re tired of Republicans that don’t fight.”
The resolution now advances from the House Constitutional Protections and Sentencing Subcommittee to the House Judiciary Committee.
From the resolution itself: “An editor for the Washington Post writes that President Donald J. Trump has cast a spell on the Republican Party and suggested that Trumpism is cult-like” and “… A CNN host suggested that Trump supporters belong to a cult and that our president is using mind control … ”
The resolution finds, “We recognize that fake news outlets suggest ideas without directly making accusations so that they can claim innocence from their ivory towers.”
It’s interesting that the attacks are “from the left,” the resolution explains, “because they are the true masters of deploying mobs to demand total conformity and compliance with their agenda.”
The resolution not only recognizes CNN and the Washington Post as “fake news,” but “we condemn them for denigrating our citizens and implying that they are weak-minded followers instead of people exercising their rights that our veterans paid for with their blood.”
A Washington Post official told Courthouse News it did not have “anything to share” on the issue. CNN was not asked to comment.

It our , the people of the United States to make a informed decision. If we find it with untrue news it’s is the people’s choice to not watch it. It is not the duties of the white house to tell Educated Adults what is false or true. That’s why we go to school. That’s why there are parents.
The proper line of command to Lodge a complaint would be with the FCC. Not make a law that costs money from tax payers.

You are INDEED correct. It was PROVEN by videos and photographs taken by sharp-eyed voters as their “choice” was changed right before their eyes. MY question is: How many didn’t take the time to actually OBSERVE what was happening as their votes were switched from PRESIDENT TRUMP to crooked hitlery?
The components of these “soros-company” touch screen machines I have heard, are manufactured in CHINA and being computer savvy as I am, can probably make a “safe bet” there is a “back-door” program to allow “hacking” and vote manipulation. Even the machines WE have in communist-run N.Y. are probably able to manipulate the votes. Computer-generated programs can be hacked no doubt about it.

I could not agree with you more for your call to replace voting machines manufactured by any company with direct or indirect ties to George Soros, a man who hates the United States and whose object is to make this country just another cog in a globalist collective.
While the accusations being made are exactly true, any legislature should NOT waste their time censuring these news purveyors, for many reasons. First, we are all familiar with a legislature wasting it’s time doing something which is either a waste or counterproductive. Second, virtually everybody who has a functioning mass of gray matter already knows these news sources are for crap. And, third-they are going to givr the fake news purveyors ammunition for at least another week of stupid stories about ignorant and hateful conservatives are. The best choice is to totally ignore them as most Americans do.
