Elon Musk Hits CNN Over Fake News on Ventilators, Does Real Reporting For Them

Elon Musk hit CNN early Thursday morning for reporting that ventilators the CEO of Tesla promised to distribute throughout California had not been delivered to hospitals.

“Elon Musk and his team told the state that he had procured ventilators and wanted to distribute them directly to hospitals with shortages,” an unnamed spokesperson from California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s Office of Emergency Services said, CNN reported. “The Administration is communicating every day with hospitals across the state about their ventilator supply and to date we have not heard of any hospital system that has received a ventilator directly from Tesla or Musk.”

Replying to the story, Musk said, “What I find most surprising is that CNN still exists.” He then asked Gov. Gavin Newsom to fix the misunderstanding.

Since the “most trusted name in news” didn’t bother to do any fact-finding, Musk provided hospital tweets and email screenshots as proof that he followed through on his word.

CNN should be removed from news reporting. How much longer are they going to be allowed to publish fake, propagandist news. Most people don’t even listen to CNN, let alone believe it.

If Mr. Musk paid for the ventilators, all he should be able to do is “follow the money.” Maybe someone, perhaps a middle man, either has the ventilators or sold them and kept the money. Anything can happen in California, and a lot of that is rather dishonest, to say the least. Now, as far as CNN goes, the question should be, “How do they stay in business?” Who in their right mind would purchase anything from them. I haven’t seen anything beyond lies and half-truths come out of the writers at CNN. Heck, they, CNN, should pay to be heard and read. Papers are great covers and insulators for those sleeping in the streets.

I wouldn’t let my dog crap on a CNN newspaper, if one exists. The sh*t might reach critical mass, and explode.
