One of the primary purposes of the Supreme Court is to adjudicate issues between states. It is the ONLY place where states can go that has the authority to neutrally, fairly and authoritatively solve those kinds of
problems.This is the court that was designed to handle problems that could potentially break the United States apart.
The last resort before drastic actions are taken.
In this case, we have Texas followed by 17 other states accusing the ruling Democrats of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan of manipulating their elections contrary to their OWN LAWS to provide
opportunities for undetectable cheating. Texas and the others believe that the Presidential election was flipped to a candidate who did not win by the deliberate subversion of the elections in these states.
The impact of having one President versus another is vast and consequential. The American people showed their passion for this election by voting at a rate higher than any other election in history.
But when the Supreme was asked to take a look at this, they refused.
They did not adjudicate the case in anyone’s favor. They did not have the courage or fortitude to stand up and handle what is possibly the most consequential case in U.S. history.
The Supreme Court claims that Texas and the others did not have “standing” to question how another state’s elections are conducted. I would think that every state has “standing” when it comes to committing crimes that lead to changing the result of the most important election in the country (if not the world). This the leader of ALL of the states, not just Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan.
What good is a court that is too timid to take on EXISTENTIAL problems in America? A problem that threatens the proper execution of the democracy that has kept America free since 1776?
Yes, I understand that if the court favors Texas there will be riots. People may die and property will be destroyed. The Democrats have established this as their methodology for the past few years. And the
court understands that a loss by Texas will probably not cause so many riots, that Republicans tend to comport themselves in a more civilized manner. The easy way out is to not decide this at all. And that is what
they did.
So rather than interpreting the Constitution, finding out which is the wronged party and making a ruling – as is their exclusive charter in cases between states – the Supreme Court chose to avoid its job, leave
America hanging and leave our democracy with the risk that elections will never be fair again.

You cannot get access to emailing them. You cannot call them in the phone. I always though the judicial system protected those who did not cheat, lie, or commit crimes. How wrong I was! I think the SCOTUS has been reminded that the Democrats reminded the Justices that they could “pack” the court. I also believe none of the Justices want to be branded as the one who ruled on this election. SCOTUS could kick this whole election mess to the House and let them figure it out. It’s the Democrats that created this mess with mail-in-voting. Some states share the confusion in that they changed rules that needed to be enacted rather then just writing and saying it was law. Ballots were not handled correctly. This situation is a hot (really hot) potato and NOBODY wants a part of it. The down side of NOT ruling on voter fraud is this will open the way for a repeat.

The United States fought one civil war and one could argue about all the reasons, but certainly much of it was wrapped up in a way of life. In many ways the 2020 election may very well be about a way of life in the great country. However, regardless of your political persuasion, if you are an American what you want first and foremost is an honest, fair election. Of course you want your candidate to win, but win honestly. I truly believe if you have paid attention to the evidence and you are honest with yourself, you well know the amount of fraud in the 2020 election was overwhelming.
